This large 4-bedroom home feels cozy and welcoming, and it's environmentally friendly too. We have lots of natural light and spacious common areas which guests are welcome to use.
We usually have a private room available for Host-A-Scholar guests, but it is rented out for the 2023-2024 school year. However, we have a comfortable couch in the living room available for one guest. The ADA-compliant bathroom is shared with our two long-term renters. We are located a 15 minute walk from USC's main campus and from a metro stop with direct service to Santa Monica Beach or DTLA (Downtown Los Angeles). |

This is an amazing location if you want to stay in central LA close to DTLA, Hollywood, Silver Lake, Echo Park! The apartment consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open floor plan and a porch you can go on to relax and unwind after a long day. |
